Pool House Construction Administration

The pool house architecture is symmetrically organized about a central bay window with roman arches placed to each side.  French doors with elliptical transom windows above open from the interior pool deck to the outdoor brick terrace.  The herring-bone brick terrace stretches the length of the pool house and connects to the formal walkways, outdoor kitchen & rose gardens.  The pool level program includes a 15 ft. x 44 ft. pool and spa surrounded by limestone tiles, a bar and kitchen, dressing rooms, bath room and laundry room each with custom mahogany cabinetry, granite counters and custom tile work.  The lower level of the building houses a work-out room, sauna, and connection to the main house via a stair hall.    M.J.Lee Photography l Builder: The Classic Group l Construction Administration Architect: Ruth Bennett, AIA l Project Architect: Gregory Colling, AIA
